Due to high demand, we are only able to honor appointments for brides who are 15 months or less from their confirmed wedding date. All dates over this timeframe will be cancelled. We thank you in advance for respecting this policy so we can prioritize brides who are within the recommended 10-12 month in advance shopping timeframe.

We allow 3 guests max (in addition to the bride) to ensure the comfort of our clients and staff for fitting rooms 1 & 2.
We allow 1 guest max (in addition to the bride) for the bonus fitting room due to the intimate nature.
We allow 5 guests max (in addition to the bride) for the VIP Experience which is held in a private entrance suite.

Our made-to-order gowns range from $4,000 - $15,000, with the bulk of our gowns being in the $5,000-$12,000 range. These gowns typically take 8-10 months to produce. Anything under 5-6 months will likely require a rush fee.
The majority of our samples range from US 4 - 12 with a select range of US 12+ samples.
We are excited to be further expanding our curve sizing, but please reach out to hellola@lohobride.com to get a list of what is currently available to try at the store.
Note that Fitting Room 1 and Fitting Room 2 are the same, just different time slots, so make sure to check both for available times.
