Layers upon layers of chevroned beaded fringe, over sequined lace, with a silk satin-face organza lining, topped off with a Swarovski crystal bejeweled neckline and armhole, this party dress is, to quote Sheena, “The party dress to end all party dresses.” We promise there is no dress more fun to dance in. Trust us. We’ve all tried it.
